DR.Robert ShampoDVM “Doc Bob”
I was born and raised in Marinette WI, however a military career took me around the world for many years.
My decision to become a veterinarian came at a very young age. I was in the 1st grade at the time and my focus and path were determined and set. After taking advantage of Army military educational benefits I attended Veterinary school at UW Madison, graduating in 1994. Upon finishing my education I returned to the military and completed a medical career as an Officer in the US Air Force. My love for animals made my military retirement goals easy, Veterinary Medicine.
After retiring from the military I spent 3 years honing my clinical skills and learning the latest science for the best possible veterinary care at a respected full service animal hospital in Missoula, MT.
In July 2011 it was time to return home to Wisconsin to be near my family. I am the proud father of two boys, Ryan and Austen, and relocating to Cudahy brings me close to them.
I purchased the Cudahy Veterinary Clinic in April 2012 to bring the latest techonology in Veterinary care home and to grow Cudahy Veterinary Clinic into a full service hospital. The local community has been very welcoming to me and I look forward to providing outstanding care to you and your pets!

Alexis is the newest technician to our team, and working
towards becoming a certified technician. She has been with Cudahy Veterinary Clinic Since June of 2018. She grew up with a big family and many different pets. As a child she was always bringing home any living creature in need of help and this love of helping animals is what led her down this career path. Currently she has 2 leopard geckos, a musk turtle, fish, and a cat named Andy. Granted more space and permission from her other half she'd be sure to have more! Alexis likes to spend her free time outdoors with her children,
frequently visiting up north. She's constantly trying to learn anything and everything she can to grow as a person and become the best version of herself
that she can be!
